Contest Rules
This contest is open to all quiltmakers. Entries must be received by March 19, 2007. First 150 entries will be accepted.

Items must be made entirely by the entrant, except Class C, Group Quilts. A group quit is one in which more than one person worked on the quilt at any stage of its construction. Please be sure to include the names of all quilters who contributed to the quilt.

Entrants may submit up to 3 items, but only 1 item per class.

Quiltsmust be clean and in show condition. Bed quilts must have a 4" rod pocket attached 84" from the bottom. All other quilts must have a 4" rod pocket on the top, except Home Furnishings.

Entry committee reserves the right to change or combine classes, as necessary.

Entry fee is $4 for the first quilt, and $2 for each additional item. Free admission to the show is included. (Claim Check is your admission ticket.)

Quilts may be delivered or mailed to Material Matters, W62 N580 Washington AVe., Cedarburg, (phone 262-377-0345) on Sunday, March 25 (12-5 PM) or Monday, March 26 and Tuesday, March 27 (10 Am to 6 PM). Quilt pick-up will be on Sunday, April 1 at 4;30 PM at the Community Center. Claim Checks will be required.

If you will not be picking up your entries after the show, please supply UPS shipping and insurance fees, a self-addressed mail label and sturdy carton. Call the Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce at 262-377-5856 to make other arrangements.
