10:30am – 3:30pm Third Thursdays each month!
Sessions do NOT need to be consecutive.
Join the casual and productive fiber-arts-social program on the Third Thursday of each month.
Bring your ongoing projects or ideas and enjoy some friendly feedback and encouragement from fellow fiber enthusiasts. Whether you're sewing, quilting, mending, knitting, crocheting, embroidering, tatting, or weaving, all kinds of projects are warmly welcome. Fiber Friends offers a wonderful chance to pick up helpful tips, explore new techniques, and share your passion for fiber arts with others. Take some time for yourself to finish a project or spend the day surrounded by like-minded creators who love sharing the joy of the creative process.
During this time, Fiber Friends participants have exclusive access to WMQFA's extensive research library.
Sewing supplies, irons, large worktables, and coffee/teapots are available for your use during each session.
* August Fiber Friends will be held in the museum’s gathering room, due to programming in the classroom space.
