We are currently accepting applications for a 2026-2027 Renaissance Fellowship.
The Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts (WMQFA) invites candidates to apply for a 2026 - 2027 Renaissance Fellowship. The fellow will gain fluency in the day-to-day operations of WMQFA’s collections, curatorial, and education departments, including exhibition preparation, marketing and social media, and collections management. An interest in fiber arts, both contemporary and traditional forms of the medium, is encouraged but not required. For the full fellowship description, please click here.
2026 - 2027 Renaissance Fellowship Dates: June 1, 2026 – June 1, 2027; flexible part-time schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week, hybrid work environment. $400 stipend provided quarterly.
Please submit a personal statement, writing sample (no more than 700 words), resume, and two references to the Manager of Education & Collections, Sara Scherper, education@wiquiltmuseum.com, along with days/dates of availability.
