2026 Winter Quilt Show Advance Admission
$10.00 advance or door
Advanced tickets will be available online through February 6 and at WMQFA through February 13.
On-site tickets (day of) will be for sale at the Show for $10, cash only.
Saturday, February 14, 2026 (9 AM - 4 PM)
Once again, the show will be located at the Washington County Fair Park & Conference Center, just off Hwy 45 at Pleasant Valley Road in West Bend, WI. We have a 25,000 sf exhibit hall, classrooms and parking for over 1,000 cars.
Tickets are $10.00 in advance or at the door.
Online advance tickets will be mailed to you. Keep your ticket in safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced but may be transferred to a friend. No will call available.
Your ticket serves as your entry ticket; viewer’s choice ballot for the Fiber Art Contest & best vendor; and your door prize entry, so keep it safe!
Can’t make it to the show after all? Your complete, unused ticket may be redeemed for free admission at WMQFA through March 31, 2026.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
WMQFA reserves the right to cancel any program up to 10 days prior to the event. When WMQFA cancels the workshop, lecture or event, students/participants will receive a full refund. Should WMQFA need to cancel the Winter Quilt Show for any reason, you will receive a full refund. When WMQFA cancels a program due to extreme weather, every student/participant will be notified, and if the program cannot be rescheduled, refunded. Should the program take place, but you decide not to come, no refund will be given.
Can’t make the show after all? Redeem your complete, unused ticket for complimentary admission to WMQFA through March 31, 2024. Only unused Winter Quilt Show tickets will be honored. Tickets are transferrable to a friend.
Due to the low cost of the admission fees for the Winter Quilt Show and credit card fees, refunds will not be given should you chose to cancel your admission entirely.
Individuals are welcome to send a friend in their place at no additional cost instead of a cancellation, and this can be done at any time.
