Should WMQFA need to cancel the Winter Quilt Show for any reason, you will receive a full refund. When WMQFA cancels a program due to extreme weather, every student/participant will be notified, and if the program cannot be rescheduled, refunded. Should the program take place, but you decide not to come, no refund will be given.
