Total Cost: $225

Option cost includes: bullet train tickets, lunch, shared taxi rides to/from train stations and sites, admission fees to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum & Hiroshima Castle. Dinner is on your own either on the train or once we arrive back in Kyoto

Here is what the Hiroshima visit will look like:
- leave Himeji Castle by noon, take a taxi to Himeji Station (buy lunch to eat on the train - you’ll receive lunch money)
- arrive in Hiroshima (14:00-18:00 - 4 hours total to visit area)

- taxi to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum (90 min)

- 10 min walk to Peace Memorial Park

- 10 min taxi to Hiroshima Castle (steep wooden staircases)

- 10 min taxi to Hiroshima Station, bullet train leaving Hiroshima at 18:29 arriving in Kyoto 20:13 (dinner not included: either on your own on the train or back in Kyoto).
